How to order?
After you have placed items in the shopping cart, it continues like this...
Step 1: Click on 'Items in shopping cart' above and select 'Checkout'
Step 2: Accept the privacy policy
After that you have 3 options:
- You can order as a guest
- If you have a login / customer account, log in
- You can create a customer account and proceed with the order
Step 3: enter delivery address
Enter a delivery address and, if you wish, also a billing address.
Step 4: choose payment method
Decide on prepayment, credit card or PayPal.
Step 5: Check the order data and then click "Send order"
Check the order form again, if necessary change it using the "Correct" button. Here you must also accept the terms and conditions and in particular the right of withdrawal.
You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Please print out all documents and keep them.
Your orders are stored with us. If you lose your receipt, please email us. We will be happy to send you the order confirmation again.
